• The world will commemorate the International women’s Day on 8th March

• 2010 marks the end of the International Decade for Culture of Peace and Non-Violence for Children of the World (2001-2010)
• Uganda will for the 1st time mark the International Consumers Day on 15th March
• 22nd March World Water Day
• 24th March World TB Day-CPAUG will be organizing a TB Day Forum in Masaka with a theme: “Can we Stop TB: Our Responsibility”

• 17th May World Telecommunication/Information Society Day Uganda will commemorate this day with a public dialogue in Kampala
